1. Subject of the contract
1.1 On behalf of the Client, the Contractor shall assume the responsibility for the development of the Client's website (landing, e-commerce, business site, etc.) which is an information service, and the Client shall accept and pay for this work.

2. Cost and payment procedure
2.1 The cost of the work entrusted to the Contractor under this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the technical specification by the Contractor and the Client, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
2.2 Payment for the development of the website is made in the following order:
100% prepayment of the cost of works, in £ (British Pound) at one time of the order on the website;

3. 3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The Contractor undertakes:
3.1.1. To provide services in accordance with the terms of reference;
3.1.2. Provide the Customer with interim results of work to monitor compliance with deadlines and quality of work performed;
3.1.3. Carry out improvements to the website in the event of comments made as a result of the Customer's review, but within the terms of reference (Annex 1);

3.2. Customer undertakes:

3.2.4 If additional work is performed, accept and pay for it as agreed with the contractor.

3.3. The Contractor has the right:
to suspend the execution of the ordered work if it is not paid for by the Customer in due time.
3.4. The Customer has the right:
to check the progress and quality of work without interfering with the Contractor's activities.

4. Procedure for execution and acceptance of works
4.1. The Contractor starts performing works under this Agreement within 3 working days from the date of receiving full payment and providing materials in accordance with the Tecnicians.
4.1.1. The Customer is provided with 3 options for the design of the logo.
4.1.2. The website design is developed on the basis of the colours selected by the Customer, information blocks and functionality provided, as specified in the purchased package. Additional wishes not included in the purchased package are paid for by the Customer additionally.
4.1.3. The programming of the website is carried out strictly in accordance with the Tecnicians.
4.2 Completion of work on the website 24 working days after receipt of the payment, with the right of early completion.
4.3 Upon completion of work under this Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Client of the work performed, which the Client approves or makes minor corrections to within two days of its receipt.
4.4. In the event of a motivated refusal by the Customer to accept the work, the parties shall enter the Technician's questions, the necessary updates, and deadlines for their implementation.

5. Responsibility of the parties
5.1 The Parties shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with applicable UK law.

6. Other conditions

7. Term of validity of the contract

8 Return for breach of contract.
